Really enjoyed the workshop, I thought it was a good, simple presentation that tackled the "basics" of anxiety, with some little exercises in there to apply to ourselves the points being explained. I would potentially add a quick mention of the different types of anxiety (generalised, social, etc) for people who are not too familiar with it to understand that there are layers and nuances within anxiety itself
